We act as a technology and marketing partner, connecting end-users with third-party travel providers.

2. Relationship with Travel Providers

  • Airlize is not a travel agency, airline, hotel operator, or insurance company.
  • All bookings and services are fulfilled by third-party partners (e.g., Booking.com, Travelpayouts, Tiqets, Airalo, SafetyWing, DiscoverCars, AirHelp, etc.).
  • Terms of the respective provider apply to each booking.
  • Airlize is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service failures by partners.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making inquiries or bookings.
  • Use the website lawfully and not for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Comply with the terms of third-party providers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed directly by third-party travel providers unless otherwise stated.
  • Airlize may receive commissions, affiliate revenue, or service fees for bookings made via our platform.
  • Prices, availability, and conditions are provided by third-party partners and may change without notice.

  • Airlize is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses.
  • Our role is limited to providing access to booking engines and affiliate integrations.
  • Any claims (e.g., flight compensation, refunds, insurance) must be directed to the respective provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airlize disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the use of our website and services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and technology on Airlize.com are owned or licensed by Airlize.

Third-party brand logos (Booking.com, Tiqets, Airalo, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are displayed only for partnership or integration purposes.
